Wayland: QComboBox popups might go partly off screen

      Related to QTBUG-85297, disabling the new behavior introduced there fixes the issue.

      To reproduce, run the wayland compositor example included in the attachment, then run the app project in it, click to open the dialog and click the QComboBox open.

      Lower part of the combobox popup goes off the screen.
