The new default provider wants an API key, but there is currently no way to provide it.
Looks like we need to:
- Append "?apikey=<MY-API-KEY>" to all URLs for "http://a.tile.thunderforest.com" in qgeotiledmappingmanagerengineosm.cpp
- Modify the QGeoCodingManagerEngineOsm constructor to check for a new parameter (say, "osm.access_token" or "osm.api_key")
