can't use Chinese or Japanese IME to input any word into webengine【6.4.2】

      Please forgive my poor English proficiency.

      When I annotate a paragraph of text (with a marker icon), I cannot directly input Chinese in the pop-up window. I must rightclick then input Chinese. This is very strange.

      This is causing me a lot of trouble. Please help fix the bug
