Narrator is not announcing displayed information Immediately after invoking pick screen color button.

Pre-requisites:

1.Open the URL: Releases · Azure/azure-remote-rendering-asset-tool (github.com) and download latest ARRT zip file.

2.Once downloaded the file extract it and open the extracted file.

3.Open 'ARRT' application using Run as administrator.

4.Turn on Narrator.

Repro steps:

1. Launch ARRT application using Run as Administrator and Login the ARR and storage accounts with valid credentials(Settings-> Account settings).
2. Navigate to Rendering tab and start the session.(Session-> Start).
3. Expand Model drop down and select load with URL-> Ok, Rendering model will appear on the screen.
4. Select any part of Rendering model, its Material properties will be displayed for the selected rendering model part.

1. Navigate to 'Albedo colors' control in Material properties section and invoke it.
2. Navigate to 'Pick screen color' button and invoke it, observe the narrator announcement.

Actual Results:

When 'Pick screen color' button is invoked 'Cursor at <n>, <n> Press esc to cancel' message will appear on screen but narrator is not announcing it immediately.
Note:
Similar issue observed with Pick screen color button when user invoke 'pick screen color' button with its shortcut key 'Alt+P' -> Narrator just announces as 'Space'.
 
Expected Results:
When 'Pick screen color' button is invoked 'Cursor at <n>, <n> Press esc to cancel' message should be announced by narrator immediately.
