Narrator not announcing any information about Basic colors when navigated to them and also after selecting any basic color.

Pre requisites:

1.Open the URL: Releases · Azure/azure-remote-rendering-asset-tool (github.com) and download latest ARRT zip file.

2.Once downloaded the file extract it and open the extracted file.

3.Open 'ARRT' application using Run as administrator.

4.Turn on Narrator.

Repro steps:

1. Launch ARRT application using Run as Administrator and Login the ARR and storage accounts with valid credentials(Settings-> Account settings).
2. Navigate to Rendering tab and start the session.(Session-> Start).
3. Expand Model drop down and select load with URL-> Ok, Rendering model will appear on the screen.
4. Select any part of Rendering model, its Material properties will be displayed for the selected rendering model part.
5. Navigate to 'Albedo colors' control in Material properties section and invoke it.
6. Navigate to Basic colors and listen to narrator announcement.
7. User navigation keys to navigate inside basic colors and listen to narrator announcement.

Actual Result:

When user navigate to the basic colors narrator does not announce the currently selected color. When navigated with navigation keys to select diff colors from basic colors narrator remains silent, it does not announce the selected color information. '

Note: Similar issue observed with 

1.Albedo colors-> Select color window-> Custom colors.

2.Similar issues observed in Fresnel Effect colors-> select color window-> Basic colors, Custom colors.

Expected Result:

Narrator should announce the currently selected color when navigated to Basic colors and when user selects diff colors with navigation keys narrator should announce the selected color information.

Narrator should announce as: <Color name> color selected.
