Narrator is not announcing any information after expanding the 'Model' button & while navigating to the menu items narrator stays silent.

Pre-requisites:

1.Open the URL: Releases · Azure/azure-remote-rendering-asset-tool (github.com) and download latest ARRT zip file.

2.Once downloaded the file extract it and open the extracted file.

3.Open 'Arrt' application using Run as administrator.

4.Settings->Accessibility->Narrator->Turn on.

Repro steps:

1.Open 'ARRT' application.

2.Navigate to Settings->Account Settings->Settings window->ARR & Storage tabs->fill the fields with valid credentials in both the tabs->Test Connection->Storage Account & ARR Account Connected->Close->Rendering tab->Session button->Rendering Session window->Start button->Session Connected.

3.Navigate to 'Model' control present in 'Rendering' tab and invoke it then menu items will be expanded and navigate to the menu items.

4.Observe narrator is not announcing any information after expanding the 'Model' button & while navigating to the menu items narrator stays silent.

Actual Result:

Narrator is not announcing any information after expanding the 'Model' button & while navigating to the menu items narrator stays silent.

Observation:

1.When 'Model' button is expanded, narrator remains silent and if we navigate to the menu items only first time it is announcing the menu items information & again if we renavigate to it narrator remains silent when focus is on menu items.

2.Narrator is not announcing positions for menu items.

Expected Result:
Narrator should announce 'Expanded' information after invoking the 'Model' button & while navigating to the menu items narrator should announce menu items information along with positions.
Ex: After invoking 'Model' button, narrator should announce as 'expanded, Load from storage…, menu item 1 of 3' and while navigating for first time or multiple times to the menu items narrator should announce the menu items information along with position count.
