Pre-requisites:

1.Open the URL: Releases · Azure/azure-remote-rendering-asset-tool (github.com) and download latest ARRT zip file.

2.Once downloaded the file extract it and open the extracted file.

3.Open 'ARRT' application using Run as administrator.

4.Settings->Accessibility->Narrator->Turn on.

Repro steps:
1.Launch ARRT application using Run as Administrator and Login the ARR and storage accounts with valid credentials(Settings-> Account settings).
2.In Storage Tab navigate to 'Create new storage container' button icon and invoke it.
3.Type invalid name in appeared create folder window and invoke ok button.
4.The Error message will appear on the screen.
5.Navigate to the 'Naming and Referencing, Containers, Blobs and Metadata' link and listen to narrator announcement.
 
Actual Result:
When user navigate to 'Naming and Referencing, Containers, Blobs and Metadata' link Narrator does not announce anything, it remains silent.
Observation: When ever user navigates to the 'Naming and Referencing, Containers, Blobs and Metadata' link, screen reader should announce the name and control type of the action item. It should be similar with the visible name.
 
Expected Result:
When user navigate to 'Naming and Referencing, Containers, Blobs and Metadata' link Narrator should announce as : 'Naming and Referencing, Containers, Blobs and Metadata, link'.
