iOS: About Qt dialog displays incorrectly when launched from menu

There is a single menu item which when clicked calls QMessageBox::aboutQt(). On iPad 7 running iOS 14.6 the dialog is either completely blank (landscape) or with the text badly formatted and off the bottom of the screen (portrait).

This is working on all other platforms I've tried (Linux, Android) and on iOS with Qt 5.12.12.
