Embedding out of process foreign window does not work in RHEL 8

    Description

      To reproduce the issue the manual test for foreign window can be used.

      cd qtbase/tests/manual/foreignwindows
      ../xembed-widgets/lineedits
      xwininfo <click on the Line Edits window to get the window ID>
      ./foreignwindows -e <WindowID>

      In RHEL 8 it fails to embed the foreign window.
