Make DBus peripheral backend as default on Linux

    Description

      The BlueZ DBus peripheral backend was introduced in Qt 6.5 as an opt-in backend, where the user needs to explicitly enable it.

      This task is about changing the opt-in to an opt-out, in other words, making it the default backend.
