[REG 6.3 -> 6.4/.5] Mouse cursor is pointer-only when leaving window at bottom edge

    Description

      • Open simplebrowser with the default qt.io website
      • Notice how the mouse pointer turns into a hand cursor when hovering over links/buttons
      • Move the mouse pointer outside of the window at the bottom edge
      • Try moving it over links/buttons again, observe how it doesn't change anymore
      • Move the mouse pointer outside of the window at the left edge
      • Observe how hovering links now works fine again

      The right edge also seems to trigger this sometimes, but not always.
