QML FileDialog shows files "disabled" for a noticeable time

Run the attached code with the qml tool, you will see that files and folders show "grayed out" for some time, this doesn't happen in other macos file dialogs like the one in firefox open file for example, so it seems it's something that would be Qt's "fault".

On the attached video you can see the problem on the first column after i select the user folder and on the second column after i select the Qt folder.
