Description
While testing, and integrating Vcpkg, I noticed that some of the network tests fail with OpenSSL 3.1.1. I thought it worth opening a bug for it, if someone wants to take a look. I'm also not fully sure if this is due to vcpkg possibly configuring the OpenSSL differently, or some API change in the OpenSSL.
Here is an example of a build on Windows, and here is one for Linux. On these runs, the only available OpenSSL is the one provided by the Vcpkg.
P.S. We are not planning to upgrade the OpenSSL, just that our initial tests were based on OpenSSL 3.1.1, and we are working on integrating the same provisioned version, ie., 3.0.7.
