NonClientAreaMouseButtonPress/release event is not firing

    Description

      Resizing popup window does result in NonClientAreaMouseButtonPress/Release events to be issued. This is happening only on Mac.

      Attached is the sample example which when runs on windows works and you can see it prints NonClientAreaMouseButtonPress and release event but not on Mac.
