Using 'Select' command voice access does not select the specific word in the 'Name' & 'Blob Endpoint' edit fields.

Pre-requisites:

1.Open the URL: Releases · Azure/azure-remote-rendering-asset-tool (github.com) and download latest ARRT zip file.

2.Once downloaded the file extract it and open the extracted file.

3.Open 'Arrt' application using Run as administrator.

4.Turn on the Voice Access (Settings->Accessibility->Speech->Voice Access)

Repro steps:

1.Open 'ARRT' application.

2.Navigate to Settings->Account Settings->Settings window.

3.Navigate to 'Name' & 'Blob Endpoint' edit fields and enter some input (i.e., accessibility testing).

4.Now use command 'Select accessibility' and observe voice access is not selecting specific word in the fields.

Actual Results:

Using 'Select' command voice access does not select the specific word in the 'Name' & 'Blob Endpoint' edit fields.

Ex: If we use 'Select all' command entire text is getting selected in the fields but if we are trying to select only specific word as 'Select accessibility' it is not getting selected.

Expected Results:

Using 'Select' command voice access should select the specific word in the 'Name' & 'Blob Endpoint' edit fields.

Ex: If we announce voice command as 'Select accessibility' then 'accessibility' text should be selected in the fields.
