Android 6 tests fail with OpenSSL 3.1.2

    Description

      I try to update OpenSSL 3.0.7 -> 3.1.2 in Coin provisioning. The latest OpenSSL version seems to cause crashes in SSL related Android 6 tests:

      The following tests FAILED:
319 - tst_qnetworkreply (Failed)
328 - tst_qpassworddigestor (Failed)
329 - tst_qsslcipher (Failed)
330 - tst_qsslellipticcurve (Failed)
331 - tst_qsslkey (Failed)
332 - tst_qsslerror (Failed)

      Tests fail because each one has:
