Bug in QML TableView and it's visibility

visible: tableView.rows >= 0 if you comment-out this line, the table is not visible!

steps to reproduce the issue:

1)compile and run applications you will notice that the table is visible .

2)comment-out line 31 on the application.

3)compile and run application you will notice that the table is not visible.
