    Description

      First option is to enable hw accel with Windows Media Foundation in FFmpeg when GPU is available. Test with Intel, AMD and NVIDIA.

      Second option is to enable NVIDIA codecs NVENC and NVDEC in FFmpeg. This requires FFmpeg/nv-codec-headers: automatic mirror of https://git.videolan.org/?p=ffmpeg/nv-codec-headers.git (github.com)
