Recent QT6 applications share similar multi-monitor issues

      PCSX2 and RPCS3 have both recently update QT6, and are now both exhibiting the same issues:

      The windows open on the secondary display
      Running either in fullscreen will only display on the secondary display

      After moving the window to the main display, dropdown menus will only open on the secondary display.
