WebP plugin is missing

    Description

      It seems plugins/imageformats/libqwebp.so is missing in Linux binaries, but it looks like it was built in CI. And there also exists a symbol file (qwebp.debug) for it, so it would seem like it should have been included in the installation (or else that qwebp.debug should not be there).

      Android and Boot2Qt builds also seem to have libqwebp.so file.
