qmlls/qmllint: support quickfixes from the old codemodel

    Description

      Add support for the quickfixes of the old QtC QML codemodel to qmlls/qmllint, see issues linked in "depends on".

       

      This would allow to remove the builtin codemodel of QtC in the future.
