doc: move qmlls and qmllint out ot "Qt Quick"

      In the documentation, qmlls and qmllint are both inside the "Qt Quick" group. This is due to historical reasons for qmllint and needs to change, and qmlls should be in the same general place than qmllint.

      Investigate if both should go into "Qt Qml" or a dedicated "Qml Tooling" overview  page, and move qmllint's and qmlls's documentation page there.
