[BT] Assistant in the wince binary package does not shows the reference documentation incorrectly.

Whenever I want to see information for a class or try to look up anything the reference documentation is shown incorrectly in the view.
Please see attached screenshot.

This is because Assistant use webkit to display the content, but it seems that the webkit dlls are not in the package. So assistant falls back on using the QTextBrowser instead which doesn't support the css file.
