Add CPDB Support for Linux

CPDB aims at an abstraction of print dialogs from the respective printing backend.

It is currently shipped with Ubuntu from version 20 onward.
RHEL and openSuSE do not include CPDB in their distributions. It is, however, possible to compile CPDB from source.

There is currently an unptached vulnarability..

Open Points:

• If CUPS is found: Look for CPDB or not?
• If CPDB is found: Look for CUPS or not?
• Implementation should require the minimum CPDB version, as of which the vulnarability is fixed.
