appendRow called within QStandardItemModel::fetchMore leads to duplicate items

    Description

      I encountered a bug where items are displayed as duplicates in a QTreeView even
      though only one index exists in the QStandardItemModel. This can be triggered
      when QStandardItem::appendRow is called within QStandardItemModel::fetchMore if
      and only if other the parent item already has children. The sample I provided makes it all
      clear.
