[Boot2Qt] The list of available cameras is not refreshed when the device is being connected or disconnected

Qt Creator 11.0.2

Raspberry Pi 4 64 bit

Steps to reproduce:

1. Run camera example on rpi target. 
2. Check the list of available cameras.
3. Connect external camera > camera does not appear on the list
4. Run the example again 
5. Disconnect the camera > camera is still on the list

Expected: Camera list should be updated on camera plug in/out

Actual: The camera list remains unchanged from the time the app has been run.

Reproducibility:  100%
