Table view delegate(derived from QStyledItemDelegate) can not get new value when Spinbox loses focus and spinbox->setKeyboardTracking(false)

if spinbox->setKeyboardTracking(false),the valueChanged() signal does not get emitted when editing a Spinbox value and moving to another table view cell. This happened when Spinbox worked as an edited cell of a table view delegate. The attached project code tableview.zip proves that.
