Release new Qt versions on compiler explorer

The Qt (base) library should be available on godbolt.org. Create an automation / task to keep the available versions there up to date. For an example see:

Also come up with a plan on how to remove old versions. I would suggest to only keep the last two patch versions of a minor version around to not overly tax their AWS infrastructure. Maybe get in contact directly with their lead and discuss.
