Document that the QT_QML_SINGLETON_TYPE property needs to be set before the qt_add_qml_module call

      If the property is set after the qt_add_qml_module call, it's too late, and the qmldir file won't contain the relevant stanza, often confusing developers.

      We should document that the source file property needs to be set before the qt_add_qml_module call.
