[Text Editor] Cutting and pasting a list of bullet points loses the bullet points

Steps to reproduce, using the Text Editor example:

• ctrl+a
• del
• one bullet is left behind
• add short text on a few lines (let's say aaa, aa, a, a, aaa)
• ctrl+a
• ctrl+x
• ctrl+v

Text is pasted, but bullet points are gone, and font size is off for some of the text.
