Qt Creator 11.0.3

Device: Raspberry Pi4 64 bit 

Steps to reproduce:

1. Connect the keyboard to rpi4.
2. Turn on the caps lock on the keyboard (I have the indicator that shows the button is on)
3. Run any app with text field. 
4. Start typing. 
5. Press caps lock
6. Start typing.

Expected: Caps lock state should be recognized as it is on the desktop platform - if it is turned on - capital letters should be shown in the text field.

Actual: Entered characters are always small ones. When I turned off the caps lock - then capital letters are entered. It seems that the device set the initial state of caps lock as turned off.
