configure does not set QT_NO_STYLE_PLASTIQUE and friends when compiling for Symbian under Linux (breaks qformlayout test)

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Compile Qt with the symbian/linux-armcc mkspec.
      2. Compile the qformlayout autotest

      Since it relies on the style define to be there, it will complain about missing symbols.
