It would be nice if we bring back QTextStream.setCodec() in Qt6

      QTextStream.setCodec() is removed from Qt6. There is QTextStream.setEncoding(Enum) but enum have very limited option and not all encoding can be used for following there does not seems any way to encode.

"UTF-8"
"UTF-16"
"UTF-16BE"
"UTF-16LE"
"windows-1251"
"windows-1250"
"windows-1252"

      It would be nice if we bring back this in Qt6
