macOS: When using virtual Desktop Window positions on wrong Desktop

On Mac, if  Mission Control is used to configure two or more virtual Desktops, the window can be displayed on the wrong Desktop.

Steps To Reproduce:
1) Setup Mac to have multiple virtual Desktops.

• Press Control+UpArrow, then use the "+" button in the upper right screen area to add a new desktop.
  2) We launch our application.
  3) In the Mac Dock, we right-click on our application, expand the "Options" menu, and select that the application should be on "This Desktop".
  4) Next we press Control+UpArrow and drag our application to the other Desktop.
  5) When we attempt to display the secondary window, instead of painting on the Desktop the main window is displaying on, the secondary window will paint on the original Desktop.
