Cannot capture/record the screen on MacOS with Qt 6.6.0 due to permission denied

MacOS 13.5.1 

Qt Creator 11.0.3

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open any application that can capture/record the screen with Qt 6.6.0, e.g.:

2. Run the application on MacOS

Expected: Screen can be recorded/captured.

Actual: System popup appears with the message to turn on the screen recording permission. Permissions are turned on, but in the app, I still got the error and popup asks me to turn them on:

Screen capture fail: 4 , "Permissions denied" 

NOTE: It works well on Qt 6.5.3
