[DeclarativeCamera] Cannot stop recording in declarative camera example on Android 9

      MacOS 13.5.1 

      Qt Creator 11.0.3

      Device: Samsung Galaxy S9 9.0

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Build and run Declarative Camera example on Android 9.0 device.
      2. Start recording the video
      3. Try to stop recording

      Expected: Recording could be stopped.

      Actual: Stop button does not work. I'm not sure if the recording has even started, because after pressing record button I got error:
