[DeclarativeCamera] Video is played rotated after being recorded with the camera application

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Build and run declarative camera example.
      2. Record the video in portrait mode and view it.
      3. Record the video in landscape mode and view it.

      Expected: The video is played in the same orientation as it has been recorded.

      Actual: The video is rotated 90 degrees when it has been recorded in portrait. The video is played upside down when recorded in landscape.
