QNetworkInformation::loadDefaultBackend() doesn't work in flatpak/snap

    Description

      It always uses networkmanager on Linux but the only backend supporting running in sandbox is glib. This means I can use only loadBackendByFeatures or loadBackendByName in flatpak. In snap, I can use only loadBackendByName("glib") due to QTBUG-117490. This doesn't really feels right.
