Device: Samsung Galaxy S9 9.0 / Pixel 3a A12

Steps to reproduce:

1. Build and run quick controls gallery example or any other app that uses the 'PasswordEchoOnEdit' property on the textfield.
2. Paste the text into text field with PasswordEchoOnEdit set. 
3. Tapn on return/enter key.

Expected: The keyboard should be hidden or the user should be taken to the next field.

Actual: The keyboard disappears and text is removed from the field. See the attached video. That might be more problematic when someone is using a password manager to enter a password automatically (but I didn't confirm that case).
