Description
Steps to reproduce:
Run MediaPlayerApp from demo examples
Actual result:
System starts to slow down, in task manager one core not used by system(see attached screenshots)
Note: If stop MediaPlayerApplication right away after start core returned back to the system, if wait some minutes only restart helps
Expected result:
All cores are available for system
