Swapping virtual keyboard languages causes errors

When the virtual keyboard is set to only have two languages with zh_CN as one of them, repeatedly pressing the change language button can cause errors.

This error is reproducible using the basic virtual keyboard example. Issue does not seem to be present on Windows or macOS

Note that when support tested the issue a different error was found than what the customer reported. Attached is an image of the error support found.
