QDoc rewrites the briefs for properties and variables depending on their first word. However, these briefs are generated using a different code path than that which checks for missing full stops in briefs and adds them if missing. Unify the behavior such that the full stop is there also for properties and briefs, as this causes inconsistencies in our docs.
