Tooltip in widgets application is shown as empty when dark mode is enabled on linux

Ubuntu 22.04 LTS

Qt Creator 11.0.3

Steps to reproduce:

1. Make sure the dark mode is enabled in system preferences.
2. Open and run any application where the tooltip is used, e.g.: https://doc.qt.io/qt-6/qtwidgets-tutorials-notepad-example.html 
3. Hover the mouse on the toolbar buttons

Expected: The tooltip appears and the content is readable.

Actual: The tooltip looks like empty. See the attached video.
