offline installer does not generate iOS kit

    Description

      qt-enterprise-mac-universal-6.5.2.dmg using offline installer only generates macOS kit, but online installer generates iOS and iOS simulator kit.

      expect the offline installer to have the same behaviour as the online installer which generates iOS, macOS, and iOS simulator kits.
