    Description

      Port/implement initial 2D charts into Qt Graphs repository.

      Getting the whole Qt Charts ported from QGraphicsView to QtQuick requires plenty of work, this is just the start. Get subset of ChartView, series, set etc. classes into Graphs, disabling code paths so that they build. Then start adding things and get something visible rendering. Start from bar charts.
