Text overlaps the scrollbar in flickable text area

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open any sample app which uses text area in flickable and scrollbar or example: https://doc.qt.io/qt-6/qtquickcontrols-texteditor-example.html
2. Paste a lot of text, so that the scrollbar appears.

Expected: Text should not overlap the scrollbar.

Actual: Text overlaps the scrollbar.

Reproducibility:  100% **
