libqt6.6.0core5compat6 not installing due ICU dependency issue

    Description

      On ubuntu22.04 x64, install e.g. libqt6.6.0core5compat6
      sudo apt-get -y install libqt6.6.0core5compat6

      Fails:

      E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
 libqt6.6.0core5compat6 : Depends: libicu66 (>= 66.1-1~) but it is not installable
