qt6.6.0-documentation-tools not installing due libclang dependency issues

      On ubuntu22.04 x64 install qt6.6.0-documentation-tools:

      sudo apt-get -y install qt6.6.0-documentation-tools

      Fails:

      E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
 qt6.6.0-documentation-tools : Depends: libclang-cpp10 but it is not installable
                               Depends: libclang1-10 (>= 1:5.0~+rc1~) but it is not installable
                               Depends: libllvm10 (>= 1:9~svn298832-1~) but it is not installable
