Wayland surface does not have initial focus

The window in Qt Wayland compositor is missing the initial focus which prevents the animation running visibly. 

To reproduce the issue.

1. Run the attached example on minimal-qml Qt Wayland example compositor. 
2. The window is initially blank, but if you click the window title bar it takes focus and start rendering.
