Heap leak when UI pages are allocated/deallocated

Run attached application on Symbian platform. Observe heap size steadily increase as UI page is created/deleted.

Note that although the bug is demonstrated on Symbian, it may be present on others – can't tell due to lack of general way to monitor heap size.

Also note that this is a CRITICAL BUG. It may prevent the release of a number of applications.
